CCS Media has a very strong family orientation and our employees are encouraged to spend quality time with family, whilst maintaining a high standard of work ethics.
Christmas is a time to spend with loved ones – with this in mind, we close our business between Christmas and New Year to ensure our staff are able to have some downtime, recharge their batteries, be at home and come back to work refreshed and ready to take on new challenges.
Our company promotes mental and physical health and welfare. We provide a confidential free 24- hour helpline service to all our employees should they need any support or guidance for issues.

Our Agile Program
At CCS Media, we embrace the constant evolution of business technology to support our people and our customers. We demonstrated this in 2019 by launching our Agile Program. We invested millions in new technology, enabling our people to work anywhere, whilst remaining connected to each other and to our customers, through the remote access to our business applications and processes, supported by our resilient back office functionalities.
The introduction of mobile devices allows for a robust environment, whilst providing our staff with a well-rounded work/life balance.
Learning and Development
We focus on the development of individuals to achieve team and organisational success. We are passionate about growing talent in our business, both organically and through top talent acquisitions. We actively participate in the Government Apprenticeship Levy Scheme & work with partners to nurture & develop young apprentices through our Training Academies.
We have created our own internal CCS Campus which is a central, customer centric, Sales and Knowledge Enablement tool providing latest product and brand feeds, vendor and internal awareness training and solution qualification data to augment our customers’ experience.
Our Charities and Our Community
We never lose sight that work should be fun and rewarding. We therefore encourage our employees to participate in any community events that dovetail our company ethos. Our family-orientated outlook provokes goodwill and a dedication in everything we do.
Employees are encouraged to organise events within the workplace to raise money for local charities, organisations and initiatives. We support charities such as the ‘JCI Secret Santa Appeal’, ‘Peak FM’s ‘Give a Child a Smile Campaign’, ‘Red Nose Day’ and many others, raising thousands of pounds each year.
We are privileged to have Bradford Community Champions in our business, who help support young people through the Bradford District Council program. We participate in events such as ‘Young Enterprise’ and we offer work shadowing.
We hold an annual ‘Summer Ball’ to show our appreciation to our employees for all their hard work during the year.
CCS Media is dedicated to sustainability incentives that influence our daily operations in addition to ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We have worked hard to achieve our ISO 14001 Accreditation and are also proud to be part of the legislative Energy Savings Opportunities Scheme (ESOS).
Our company car policy stipulates employees in our company car scheme drive hybrid and or fully electric vehicles to reduce the impact on our carbon emissions. Our Agile Program harnesses conferencing technology, reducing the need for travel. When our employees do need to travel, we encourage the use of public transport as well as our cycle to work scheme.
Our IT Usage Policy stipulates the mindfulness of our employees to turn off IT equipment at the end of their working day, or when not in use, to reduce the amount of energy consumption.
We operate a clean desk policy which includes a central printing policy, saving unnecessary paper wastage & reducing our carbon footprint.
We work with an external organisation to help us seek new ways of contributing to our environmental objectives both internally and legislatively.

Our Supply Chain
Preserving a sustainable supply chain plays a pivotal role to the success of our business. Our supply chain is limited to The Channel which means CCS Media sources goods and services from Manufacturer accredited Distributors.
The relationships we have established with our supply chain partners over the years means our senior leadership team has access to peers in each of the companies we contract with, influencing the right behavior and increasing transparency within our supply chain operation.
We strive to create account mapping with the companies we work with, enabling access to the right subject matter experts & escalation points at the right time.
