While many apprenticeships end with a firm handshake and a brisk good luck, or if you are lucky, an interview for a permanent position, here at CCS we wholeheartedly believe in nurturing and developing our students to become valued permanent staff members in the future. We want all our apprentices to stay long term and treat you as a fully-fledged member of the CCS team as soon as you walk through the door, not just a transient visitor. We expect and have seen some of our apprentices go on to become the team leaders, account directors and business managers of the future.
