The annually published list ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies that have shown high operating profit margins and increased year on year sales. A growth in workforce is also taken into account. The criteria set by Fast Track were based on figures to December 2015 which showed CCS Media met the criteria with sales of £123.8 million and operating profits of £2.6 million.
Terry Betts, Managing Director said, “despite being tough, 2015 was a record year for us and I am pleased we have been listed on the Top Track 250. We have fought and worked hard to maintain our strong position in the reseller market. We have continued our healthy, determined performance in 2016 and I anticipate an even better set of results at the end of the year.”
As well as being recognised for growth, CCS Media has been working to reduce its carbon footprint with an action plan that is channelled through to its staff, customers and suppliers, to raise awareness of its commitment to the environment and goal of carbon reduction. With its preferred partner, Carbon Smart, CCS Media has implemented the plan and held a Gold Certificate for the last seven years. This was recognised on 1st October when CCS Media won the So-Go Eco award at the Office Friendly Annual Sales Conference.
Terry added, “this is great news for us and the recognition reflects our strong commitment to a very important responsibility. In addition, we have attained the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification which serves to show our employees, partners and customers that we measure the impact we make on the environment and, take steps to reduce it.”
