All you have to do is work with us to trade-in your existing Poly and/or non-Poly video devices and you will receive a discount to upgrade to a Poly device listed in the chart below. This is a simple way to get updated video equipment made for modern work and room adaptability, with no need to send trade-in devices to Poly.

  • Properly dispose of old video devices within 30 days of receiving new equipment.

How it works:

 

STEP 1:

Contact us and let us know which video products from the list below you want to trade in.

STEP 2:

Purchase your new video product via your Reseller and save with your trade-in value.

STEP 3:

Within 30 days of receiving your new equipment, you or CCS Media will properly dispose of your old video devices.
